Maths for everyday life – debt. This is for delivery of basic numeracy skills courses for those aged 19 years and over who do not hold a formal maths qualification. This notice is to advise that the Council intends to make a modification to the current Community Advice in Ards and North Down contract. Lot 1: Maths for everyday life - debt. This is for delivery of basic numeracy skills courses for those aged 19 years and over who do not hold a formal maths qualification. The courses are designed in a way to reduce education inequalities within communities and to reduce barriers to entry. These courses will be delivered within communities in the hope that the fear around education is reduced and that people’s confidence will grow and strive to gain a qualification. This notice is to advise that the Council intends to make a modification to the current Community Advice in Ards and North Down contract.
