Tender description

The proposed RDC scope features containerised, standalone accommodation units for single occupation for risk assessed prisoners. The units are equipped with fixed furniture, arranged into a double or single storey configuration and attached to separate sleeper units and ancillary spaces. Owing to budget constraints and site-specific requirements, ancillary units typically comprise of offices, storage, association spaces, laundry facilities, serveries, self-catering kitchen facilities. Works contract for the delivery of : Provision of foundations, hard standing, lead up services (electric and water), drainage, final connections (electric, water, drainage, fire alarm in cell telephony) etc.
