For the installation, maintenance and dismantling of seasonal decorations displays 2024-2026

Tender description

Oldham Council and Rochdale MBC seek to appoint a specialist contractor to deliver erection, maintenance and removal for the Festive Illuminations displays for districts within the Metropolitan Borough of Oldham and Rochdale in their entirety. The purpose of the project is to deliver a reliable and safe seasonal decorations display for the Boroughs including successful switch-on ceremonies (where required). It is also required that the displays are installed and removed to programme in a careful manner, whilst minimising disruption to traffic and the general public.
