Extension and variation to the contract reference 58205 Direct Payment PA Payroll & Managed Bank Account (MBA) Service Lot 1: Personal Assistant (PA) Payroll and Managed Bank Account (MBA) Service will ensure that people have access to these financial management aspects of their direct payment. The follwing will use this service: Adults or Carer's receiving a Leeds Local Authority funded direct payment. People with responsibility for a child/young person with Special Education Needs (SEN) and disabilities who receive a direct payment for the child's education, health, or social care needs Families of CYP with a personal budget Young people aged 16-17 with SEN and disabilities who receive a direct payment for their education, health, or social care needs.
