Suffolk County Council (the Authority) are looking to appoint a Contractor to accept and process Garden Waste (Contract Waste) collected kerbside by East Suffolk Council (ESC). This is based on estimated tonnages and the Council does not guarantee any figures, please refer to the service specification for full details of the estimated tonnage. NB. Estimated value is projected for 5 years plus an optional extension of up to 24 months. Procurement Policy Note 09/21 requires us to calculate the value of contracts inclusive of VAT, however we can advertise them exclusive of VAT. The advertised value here is £5,146,960 exclusive of VAT. The deadline for submissions is 12.00 Noon 13th January 2025. Please note late returns or requests for extensions will NOT be permitted.
