Provide full Fire Safety Consultancy Services for stages (ii)a-(v)(Phase 1) and stages (ii)b (Phase 2) of the Capital Works Management Framework in accordance with briefing documentation, Conditions of Engagement (Technical) and current legislation and regulatory requirements. This is for a proposed development for lands at Kildonan, Finglas West, Dublin 11 comprising The demolition of existing structures The construction of new residential units comprising a mix of houses, duplexes, apartments. The construction of a supported living facility. The construction of Community Facilities including a Common Room, Multi-purpose community Room - requiring the Retrofit and fit out of an existing structure and a Men's Shed The provision of hard and soft landscaping, defined surface car parking and all associated drainage infrastructure.
