Swansea Council intends to carry out Wind and Weatherproofing (WWP) works to a number of properties within the Loughor area of Swansea. This will compromise of any required structrual repair work to the fabric of the building which has been identified. The properties will then require reroofing, window replacement and the installation of external wall insulation render and cladding systems and other associated works as outlined within this document.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
