Tender description

Phase 2C of the Colville Estate regeneration will see the development of 93 new homes, a community centre and an energy centre. The works are expected to take 2 years to complete. Work is due to start on site in 2025. As part of these works, LBH has needed to work closely with To arrange new water connections for the new homes, the community centre and also a temporary water supply for the duration of the works. There are three strands to the project: New connection for the community Centre Extension of connection for 93 new homes Temporary Building Supply
