Tender description
We have received funding from Arts Council, Luton Rising and UKSPF to deliver a two year Arts Programme with a number of delivery strands. As part of the reporting requirements we must evaluate the programme ( which is extensive) and therefore need to appoint a evaluator. I have attached a draft brief for this work.
