Tender description

The Scottish Government, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, is seeking to commission a contractor to undertake research to inform an evaluation of Special Rules for Terminal Illness (SRTI) in the delivery of devolved disability benefits.The overall aim of the work specified here is to provide the Scottish Government with timely, robust research on how changes to SRTI have been experienced by clients and clinicians, and to assess whether it is meeting its policy commitments.
