Tender description

The Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs is seeking to appoint a new Police Investigations and Review Commissioner (PIRC). The PIRC is a Ministerial appointment.As part of the recruitment process candidates (approximately 4-5) that are suited to the appointment will be invited to take part in a series of assessment centre exercises. This should involve an assessment of Leadership Style through psychometric tests and a media skills exercise.
