Tender description

We are looking to procure a competent and experienced company to undertake EWI repairs to 182 Auchenbothie Road, Port Glasgow, Inverclyde. Lot 1: River Clyde Homes (RCH) is looking to procure a competent and experienced company to undertake External Wall Insulation (EWI) Repair Works to 182 Auchenbothie Road, Port Glasgow, Inverclyde. Works to allow for full removal of the existing EWI system (including fixings, tracks and flashings) and replace with a new properly specified & detailed K Systems P Dash System. Installation of the new EWI system must be carried out using materials obtained from: K Systems Insulated Facades. A description of the works required is provided within Appendix E – Specification. Bidders must undertake a site visit to ensure they fully understand the scope of the works required prior to submitting a bid. Interested parties must be INCA Certified and must be approved by K Systems/Alumasc. Works must be completed in their entirety by 31st March 2025. Only companies who have the requisite resource to meet this timescale should submit a tender.. Tender documents must be submitted electronically via the PCS electronic post-box. Any tender not submitted via the post-box will not be considered. Any questions in relation to the tender must be raised via the 'Question and Answer' function of the PCS website.
