Local Jersey based companies only Andium Homes wishes to enter into a 5 year contract (with possible extensions) with contractors to deliver a term contract for Periodic Servicing and Inspections, Routine Maintenance, Responsive Maintenance, Out of Hours Emergency Works, Major Works and Call Handling to Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Installations. Andium Homes owns approximately 5,000 properties that are occupied by various groups such Individuals, Families and Charities. Andium offer a 24 hour response repairs service to all occupiers of their properties either through their tenancy agreement or by other agreements. This Contract will cover the following work types: Responsive Maintenance; Periodic Servicing and Inspections; Routine Maintenance; Out of Hours Emergency Works; Call Handling; Major Works; and Home Exchanges Electrical Tests.
