Local Jersey based companies only Andium Homes wishes to enter into two packages 5 year Service Level Agreement (with options to extend) with a suitable contractors (Service Providers) for the undertaking of Periodic and Routine Cleaning, Responsive Cleaning, Emergency Works and Out of Hours Emergency Works. Andium Homes is keen to maintain a high standard and quality of Estate services to communal spaces. The Works described in this Service Level Agreements are to be executed by the Service Providers in a manner that enhances the Clients reputation for the maintenance of its communal areas.
