Tender description

The main purpose of this framework is for the provision of retrospective analytical reviews and analysis of core spend and transactions, which can result in the discovery and recovery of overpayments which are presented to suppliers. Providers are responsible for finding the discrepancies (from missed, miscalculated, overpaid, overcharged payments) and presenting finding to suppliers and contracting bodies. Providers on the framework must agree a recovery and payment plan from both parties.
