Tender description

Abingdon Learning Trust is currently out to tender for the provision of a grounds maintenance service which are currently outsourced.The Contractor will be responsible for the provision of a grounds maintenance service for the Trust. This will consist of services for each school across all three sites.There is a combined total of 117,807m2 (entire school site square meterage) and 31,305m2 Building Footprint across all three sites with a total of 2,226 pupils on roll.TUPE/LGPS does not apply to this tender.The Contractor will be responsible for the provision of skilled ground maintenance operatives providing an efficient and timely maintenance service. Lot 1: Abingdon Learning Trust is currently out to tender for the provision of Grounds Maintenance service.The Contractor will be responsible for the provision of the Trust Grounds Maintenance service for the three schools within the Trust.TUPE and LGPS does not apply. Additional information: The duration detailed above includes the initial term of 3 years as well as the 2 optional contract extension periods of 12 months each.
