Tender description

The Stage 1 contract is a PCSA for the design services of the following: • Demolition of existing building and enabling works • Main construction works The scope of works of the whole Design and Build scheme includes; • Demolition and removal of the existing 1980's Tropicana building • Construction of a new purpose built event space • Visual improvements to the frontage of the promenade building • Improving the wayfinding features of the site • Resurfacing of the outdoor courtyard
