TRG - Consultancy, leading to the delivery of a strategy document - AWARD

Tender description

Riverside would like to request a quotation for a period of consultancy, culminating in the creation of a strategy document ready for submission to Executive Directors and thereafter to Group Board, with the aim of being approved by the end of the financial year (end of March). The strategy document should set out a vision for Information Services at Riverside, a framework that structures the approach, and a roadmap to implement the strategy, including an initial set of prioritised use cases through which business value can be delivered during implementation. In drafting the document, it's expected that the successful responder will leverage their broader experience (both within and outside the housing sector) to advise on best practice and ensure an appropriate level of ambition is applied.
