Tender description

The Tender is to establish a portfolio of Framework Agreements for the provision of workforce solutions in the healthcare sector for the NHS, wider public sector and all other bodies as detailed within the Contract Notice, including temporary supply of Medical Locums & General Practitioners, Nursing & Care Service Workers, Allied Health Professionals & Health Science Service Workers, Non-Medical & Non-Clinical Workers (including Executive Recruitment), Social Care & Social Worker Staffing and Master Vendor Solutions. The duration of the Agreement will be 4 years maximum; 2 years initial period with the option of extending for up to 24 months. Lot 3a: Medical Locums & General Practitioners Framework Agreement with access pricing via Direct Award for the Supply of Services Lot 3a of the Total Workforce Solutions III portfolio of Framework Agreements enables Participating Authorities to access Temporary Workers through Suppliers who are operating in alignment with the NHS England Agency Rules and other Good Industry Practice as required and appropriate. Offering a comprehensive Temporary Worker recruitment solution for healthcare providers, awarded Suppliers are able to provide all grades, job families and specialisms of Medical Locums, including General Practitioners. Lot 3b: Nursing & Care Service Workers (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of needs and requirements): Framework Agreement with access pricing via Direct Award for the Supply of Services Lot 3b of the Total Workforce Solutions III portfolio of Framework Agreements enables Participating Authorities to access Temporary Workers through Suppliers who are operating in alignment with the NHS England Agency Rules and other Good Industry Practice as required and appropriate. Offering a comprehensive Temporary Worker recruitment solution for healthcare providers, awarded Suppliers are able to provide all bands, job families and specialisms of Nursing & Care Service Workers. Lot 3c: Allied Health Professionals & Health Science Service Workers Lot 3c of the Total Workforce Solutions III portfolio of Framework Agreements enables Participating Authorities to access Temporary Workers through Suppliers who are operating in alignment with the NHS England Agency Rules and other Good Industry Practice as required and appropriate. Offering a comprehensive Temporary Worker recruitment solution for healthcare providers, awarded Suppliers are able to provide all bands, job families and specialisms of Allied Health Professionals & Health Science Service Workers. Lot 4: Non-Medical & Non-Clinical Workers (including Executive Recruitment) Framework Agreement with access pricing via Direct Award for the Supply of Services Lot 4 of the Total Workforce Solutions III portfolio of Framework Agreements enables Participating Authorities access to all bands, job families and specialisms of non-medical non-clinical Temporary Workers across the following broad job categories, in alignment with the NHS Employers National Job Profiles or other such non-clinical job profile requirements confirmed during Call-Off Contract creation: • Administration & Corporate Service Workers; • Non-Corporate Support Service Workers; • Information Technology Workers; and • Very Senior Management & Executive Recruitment. Lot 5: Social Care & Social Workers Lot 5 of the Total Workforce Solutions III portfolio of Framework Agreements enables healthcare providers to access Temporary Workers. Offering a comprehensive Temporary Worker recruitment solution for Participating Authorities, awarded Suppliers are able to provide all bands/grades, job families and specialisms of all Social Care and Social Worker roles. Lot 6: Master Vendor Solutions Lot 6 of the Total Workforce Solutions III portfolio of Framework Agreements enables Participating Authorities to access Suppliers capable of providing a Master Vendor staffing solution in alignment with the NHS England Agency Rules and other Good Industry Practice as required and appropriate. Facilitating compliant Temporary Worker supply, awarded Suppliers are able to provide a Master Vendor staffing solution for all Bands, Grades, Job Families and Specialisms of the following categories: • Lot 3a: Medical Locums & General Practitioners • Lot 3b: Nursing & Care Service Workers • Lot 3c: Allied Health Professionals & Health Science Service Workers • Lot 4: Non-Medical & Non-Clinical Workers (including Executive Recruitment) • Lot 5: Social Care & Social Worker Staffing
