Tender description

This project aims to develop leaders or managers who are ready to take their leadership to the next level. Whether delegates are directly or indirectly responsible for leading others, DsPH wish for any Coaching Programme to enable colleagues to share learning and influence across the C&M PH system to create an engaged and inspired workforce that creates a coaching culture within our PH collaborative. Enabling teams to achieve better results by making their everyday conversations extraordinary. This soft market testing exercise is to allow interested organisations with relevant experience to outline their views and provide information on the proposed commission. During the Soft Market Test we would like to gauge the level of interest in the delivery of workforce development training for Public Health, to build coaching skills for this workforce group.
