Tender description

The Council operates trackers allocated to each vehicle and existing arrangements are now not fit for purpose. New arrangements have been identified via a suitable NEPO Framework and Procurement where a Direct Award option is available via Quartix which will provide a value for money option when compared to existing arrangement as well as providing more fit for purpose functionality.
