Tender description

Request for Information (RFI) Scope North Yorkshire Council (the authority) is keen to understand where the market stands in terms of Parking transformation and converging current solutions and ways of working across the newly formed authority. The Authority is seeking to engage with suppliers who have experience of this market to help it refine the requirements of the procurement exercise and the likely timescale for producing this work. This process will also assist the Authority in identifying the potential budget required. Detailed Description: The Request for Information covers the below services: - • Parking Machines on and off street (403) • Pay on foot parking system currently (x 2 Multistorey) • Penalty Charge Notice Processing System/Parking Permit Software • Parking Apps • Contract to survey and digitise the existing TRO's On-Street • Software to digitise new TRO's (could be the same supplier as above)
