NOE CPC are engaging with providers of salary sacrifice, lease and rental vehicles to the NHS and wider public sector with a view to informing the outputs of a future re-procurement of the existing NOE CPC framework for Staff Benefit Salary Sacrifice for Cars Scheme (CPC Drive). <br/><br/>Our current intention is to consider a framework with wider scope including but not limited to salary sacrifice, lease (including business lease and personal contract hire/lease), short-term and long-term rental of vehicles. Lot 1: NOE CPC are engaging with providers of salary sacrifice, lease and rental vehicles to the NHS and wider public sector with a view to informing the outputs of a future re-procurement of the existing NOE CPC framework for Staff Benefit Salary Sacrifice for Cars Scheme (CPC Drive). Our current intention is to consider a framework with wider scope including but not limited to salary sacrifice, lease (including business lease and personal contract hire/lease), short-term and long-term rental of vehicles. <br/><br/>It is a requirement of the framework and envisaged that the various vehicle services, will be accessed via a web-based portal or portals that will be CPC Drive branded. Providers will need to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018 in the provision of these services.<br/><br/>We are in the early stages of development of this framework agreement, and would welcome feedback from the providers of these services on our proposed approach.<br/><br/>Interested providers are asked to respond to a short survey which will help to guage interest, identify service providers, and gain feedback to inform the scope and structure of the new framework.
