Next Generation Communication Network (NGCN) Programme PMO

Tender description

The supplier will provide a Programme Management Office (PMO) service to the NGCN programme. The PMO service will support delivery of the programme, ensuring that at all times all activities required for programme success are properly identified, scoped, tracked and reported on. The PMO service will report to the Programme Director and to the Programme SRO and will ensure that all PMO activities meet the requirements set by the PD and SRO. The PMO service will be staffed by the provider with appropriately experienced and qualified personnel. Specifically, the PMO service will be headed up by a dedicated PMO expert with experience of establishing and running a PMO service for complex programmes. The provider is required to provide a fully integrated PMO service including day-to-day tasking of PMO team members, quality assurance of PMO products and outputs and performance management of PMO members.
