NATO SDI - AUWB-MN

Tender description

The Allied Underwater Battlespace Mission Network (AUWB-MN) Challenge lie in NATO’s Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Vision and the ASW Barrier Smart Defence Initiative (SDI). The SDI is a sponsored initiative by the NATO Joint Capability Group Maritime Unmanned Systems (JCGMUS) which sits under the NATO Conference of National Armaments Directors (CNAD). The aim is to develop a viable ASW technical demonstrator comprising both legacy and interoperable Maritime Unmanned System (MUS) solutions. Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, UK, US have come together to create a consortium. The Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom is acting as the lead nation of the ASW SDI consortium and any Tender submissions will be shared with and evaluated by all nations within the ASW SDI Consortium through a Challenge Evaluation Board.(CEVB).
