Tender description

A set of user requirements that meets the users' needs, agreed in conjunction with the Authority in the form of Agile user stories (User Requirements Document and System Requirements Documents provide the framework but the Authority does not expect these documents to be in place at close of Alpha). The supplier to provision and build a suitably agreed platform demonstrator that provides evidence of key user capabilities, as mentioned in Deliverable A for a new Import Export Mechanism that crosses two security domains for a maximum of 100 users within a Closed User Group (CUG).
