Grounds maintenance to communal areas within domestic housing schemes Lot 1: This is an open procurement for grounds maintenance of communal areas in small rural domestic housing sites. Additional information: Estimated contract value (in Contract Notice) is the estimated maximum attainable over a length of 32 weeks plus two additional years. This contract procurement is part of a larger contract requirement for these services and this contract is therefore being treated as 'above threshold'.
