The GMCA is seeking a supplier to develop and deliver external tenancy relations support,\r receiving referrals from several Greater Manchester (GM) local authorities, as part of a pilot.\r The service will assist tenants experiencing or at risk of harassment and illegal eviction in\r private rental sector (PRS) properties within the local authority areas of Bolton, Manchester\r and Rochdale on a year long contract starting in January 2025 - Feb 2026 with the provision\r to extend for 1 year to Feb 2027 \r \r Opportunity can be found: https://www.the-chest.org.uk/\r Project GMCA 1129 Cross-Boundary Tenancy Relations Support
