GB-Chelmsford: Stage 1 - Office Refurbishment, Springfield Lyons Approach

Tender description

The Council are undertaking a 2-stage under-threshold tender for the refurbishment of a a vacant 3 storey office building within Chelmsford Business Park. The proposed works have been designed to allow for future compartmentation of the building to facilitate the building being of either single or multi-let. Stage 1 will provide a supplier shortlist for Stage 2 of the tender. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
