Tender description

"This tender seeks applications for Event Management, which will support Lancashire County Council (The Authority) in hosting Convention of the North 2025 by shaping the approach and managing the delivery of the 2025 Convention. The aim of this tender is to procure a single Provider to work alongside The Authority to host Convention of the North 2025, including end-to-end organisation and delivery of the scheduled Convention of the North 2025 event; provide a closing evaluation report within an agreed timeframe; maximise the revenue potential from appropriate sponsorship for Convention of the North 2025; produce periodic progress reports for the Project Management Team within The Authority, and deliver an offset carbon solution to help cover the event's carbon footprint. The Authority proposes to enter into one Contract(s) with the successful Tenderer / Service Provider. The initial Contract period will be 7 months. The anticipated Commencement Date is 1st October 2024. All documents are available on the Oracle Fusion Portal, and all bids must be received through this Portal."
