Project Description The extent of services required within this tender include refurbishment to three storey current building and providing new M&E services and strategies. To include substructure and superstructure construction to the drawing specifications, installation of mechanical and electrical requirements to the M&E specification provided. Drainage installations to meet the specifications. Full internal finishes in line with the design information. Tender documentation Bidders tender submission should includes returns of all documentation noted within Section 3 of this ITT, and should be include for all details contained within the projects tender documentation below, and any observations noted from any site visits.
