The extent of services required within this tender include refurbishment to three storey current building and providing new M&E services and strategies. <br/>To include substructure and superstructure construction to the drawing specifications, installation of mechanical and electrical requirements to the M&E specification provided. Drainage installations to meet the specifications. Full internal finishes in line with the design information.
