Tender description

The scope of this contract includes all chartered surveyor services required by AiB for residential and commercial properties. Service provision is primarily required within Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands), however there may be a limited requirement for service provision across the UK, EU and outwith the EU. Lot 1: The scope of this contract includes all chartered surveyor services required by AiB for residential and commercial properties. Services required include: - Residential Desk Top Valuations - Residential Drive By Valuations - Residential By Entry Valuations - Home Reports (HR) - Home Reports Post Initial Valuation - Home Report Refresh - Residential Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) - Commercial Desk Top Valuations - Commercial Drive By Valuations - Commercial By Entry Valuations - Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) - Retrospective Valuations (Residential / Commercial) AiB may occasionally require an External Wall Fire Review (EWS1 Form) fire safety assessment. The Service Provider must assist AiB in identifying a suitable provider to fulfil this requirement as and when required.. Contract awarded via the CCS Estate Management Services Framework (RM6168/Lot 5). A supplier engagement exercise was undertaken to support development of the procurement strategy and subsequent contract and to ascertain the level of interest in the requirement. The only interested respondent was AiB's incumbent provider (Graham & Sibbald). A direct award was therefore made to Graham & Sibbald.
