Architect or Engineer Led Integrated Multidisciplinary Design Team Consultancy Services for the development of a Masterplan, incorporating Junction Design and Part 8 Planning For Tipperary County Council owned lands at Templemore, Co. Tipperary The Architect or Engineer led design team will be responsible for all aspects of project development and delivery to ultimately conclude at: a) A Business Case analysis report outlining a sustainable basis for commercial development, centred on creating strong signature, supporting ancillary experiences in accordance with the principles of the EU Just Transition Fund (JTF). Identifying optimum demand, in relation to number size and scale of units, all with the aim of maximising job opportunities in a sustainable manner. b) Provision of a detailed Masterplan providing conceptual layout to guide the growth and sustainable development of the site, maximising the sites potential to create jobs and accommodate expansion of companies situated there as they expand and develop over time c) Identifying the necessary junction onto the N62, incorporating site road network to facilitate future expansion of recreational. d) Prepare all necessary documents to submit a Part 8 Planning Application to activate the site. e) Prepare tender document to go out for detailed design of identified junction type, depending on costs TCC may proceed to award detailed design stage See Service Requirements for further details.
