Tender description

The provision of external audit service for Viewpoint Housing Association Limited and Independent Examination for smaller sister organisation, The Viewpoint Trust for three years (with possible extension of two further years) covering the audits for the years ended 31 March 2025,2026 and 2027. Lot 1: The primary role of the external auditors is to report on the financial statements of organisations, carrying out whatever examination of the statements and underlying records and control systems is necessary to form an opinion on the statements. The auditors would also be required to prepare other reports as the Association (and its sister organisation),its regulatory agencies and its lenders required.
