Supply of Electrical Materials and Specialist Fire and Security Products

Tender description

This contract is for the supply of Electrical Materials and Specialist Fire & Security materials. Sanctuary's inhouse Property Services Team and Security and Fire Operations Team provide repairs and maintenance for Sanctuary's portfolio of properties including social housing (general rented), voids, student accommodation, Care Homes and supported accommodation throughout England and Scotland. The Property Services Team and Fire Operations Team's engineers are responsible for carrying out servicing and repairs on domestic and commercial Sanctuary sites, as a consequence the Group are seeking a distributor / merchant to provide Electrical Materials and Specialist Fire and Security materials throughout England and Scotland. The Contract will run for 5 years with possible extensions, with the option to extend the contract by two (2), one (1) year periods (solely at the Group's discretion) subject to satisfactory performance.
