Single Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Legal Services for Clonburris Infrastructure Limited

Tender description

The Contracting Authority requires Legal Advisory Services in relation to its ongoing activities envisaged as part of the delivery of Strategic Abnormal Infrastructure (SAI). In addition to advice in relation the legal issues associated with a Public Body, the Legal Advisor will be required to provide advice on a wide-ranging number of topics, including but not limited to the following and shall include all other services that are reasonably ancillary and incidental thereto: - Interpretation and legal advice in relation to the Development Agreement - Procurement Advice - Design Team Appointments - Delivery and Mechanisms - Dispute resolution - Planning Permissions - Property and Land Transfers - Property related Tax advices to include pre funding agreements - Information Law - General Legal Advices It is anticipated that the advisor(s) may work or liaise with other advisors and service providers as may be engaged by the Contracting Authority during the period of the framework agreement including but not limited to, financial advisors, procurement advisors, tax advisors, technical advisors in order to complete certain engagements.
