Tender description
Construction of a proposed two storey new building to provide a new Alongside Midwife-Led Unit (AMLU) at ground floor and first floor recovery area linked to the existing adjoining maternity services via a short first floor link. Works to include removal of existing courtyard structures and planting, diversions of existing below ground services, extension of associated above ground services, re-alignment of existing ambulance drop off area and kerb lines, along with external hard and soft landscaping.
