Development at Aonad 28, Páirc Ghnó Ghaoth Dobhair, Factory Rd, Derrybeg, Co. Donegal F92 C662. Summary of the internal changes requested: Internal studs to be installed in GF Unit 02. Ceiling tiles to be reconfigured. 1no. Radiator will be need to be removed to accommodate these studs and then reconfigured into 2 separate rads to serve the office and the main open plan space. Internal studs to be installed in FF Unit 04 to form Office space. Internal columns to be clad in mirrored surfacing. New glazed external door to be added to GF unit 02 replacing a fixed a section of existing glazing. Door is 1050mm, 720mm fixed screen with a keypad locking system linked to fire alarm. New floor covering to the communal GF areas (approx. 230sqm). This is all currently carpet tiles, to be replaced with a vinyl modular flooring finish. Entry Lobby tiling to be removed and a heavy duty carpet to be installed. Take for a levelling compound/screed to the area. 6 no. New FD30 Doors to be installed (1040mm opes). 2 no. Glazed screens, 1800x1200, 30 min fire resistance. Minor alterations to the electrics, Units have floor boxes currently and in some cases, these will need to be used as supply for regular wall sockets. GF Unit 02, light switches will need to be moved to match the new partitions layout, a master switch to turn off all lights in the room should be kept at the door for ease of use. Additional fire safety kit, 4 no. Escape signs, 4 no. Alarms etc. There is currently 5 ESB meters linked to the building and the occupants would like this reduced to 3.
