The requirement was to support Medication Assisted Treatment MAT 3 activity which requires rapid access to substance use services for people at high risk of death due to harmful substance use. The role will provide a single point of contact for people in St Johns Hospital link with the NHS addictions liaison workers and provide an assertive response to people at high risk. Lot 1: The requirement was for the role of a Hospital Outreach Worker.
