Tender description

Watford Borough Council is inviting prospective Service Providers to engage in a Suppler Day to discuss the retender of its bike-share scheme which is due to start from 1st April 2026. The Council is looking for Service Providers to determine the best value solution that is possible while still delivering the expected bike coverage, volume of sustainable journeys and operational service levels. Please review the attachment and register your interest through the associated Tender box Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
