ECA Lauriston Place Redevelopment (Phase 1)

Tender description

This project will maximise the use, capacity, and quality of existing space at ECA’s Lauriston campus. It will improve and open up building joining points, co-locate cross-disciplinary facilities, raising the visibility of the campus threshold and encouraging greater use of the courtyard. This project is proposed to be delivered in two phases. This tender exercise is solely relating to the Phase 1 works, Fire Station and Stables works only. The successful contractor appointed to deliver Phase 1 will be invited to a negotiated tender of Phase 2. The Pre-Construction Services Agreement has been completed for both phases as part of Phase 1. Lot 1: The Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework RM6088 Construction Works & Associated Services (CWAS), Lot 3.4: Scotland Construction Works & Associated Services (GBP10 - GBP30M) was used to procure the services of a Principal Contractor. The Phase 1 and Phase 2 works are to be awarded under separate building contracts under one procurement exercise all as agreed with the Crown Commercial Service. A mini-competition was completed.
