Tender description

Structural engineering services, related to the Phase 1 roof replacement of the Princess of Wales Hospital roof and supporting/enabling works within the main buidling. Lot 1: A direct award without prior publication under Regulation 32;2(c) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Force majeur event: Significant damage to the roof structure, following water ingress. Extreme urgency for emergency works and ongoing repair to facilitate return of services at the hospital.
