The successful supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Corpus Christi Catholic High School located in Wales. Lot 1: The successful supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Corpus Christi Catholic High School located in Wales. The value of the contract is approximately £160,000 per annum. Corpus Christi Catholic High School is an 11-16 Catholic comprehensive school situated in the north of Cardiff. Corpus is a very successful, over-subscribed school with 1,136 pupils on roll and approximately 120 staff on site. The school was opened in 1995 and benefits from an ongoing programme of refurbishment. They are part of a thriving and supportive community of parents, parishes, and partner primary schools within the Archdiocese of Cardiff. The duration of the contract being offered is three years commencing on 1st June 2025 and concluding on 31st May 2028 and will be on a guaranteed performance basis offering a fixed annual return and or subsidy to the school.
