Westminster City Council (the “Council”) is undertaking this Expression of Interest to gauge the interest of potential providers to support with the delivery of a Financial Literacy course for young people aged 17-25 to help manage finances and budgeting. The Council is using this Expression of Interest to determine: • interest from the supply market • a shortlist of providers it may invite to tender Please refer to the Attachments section to review the Expression of Interest and for instruction on completing this exercise.
