Fife Council is seeking a Contractor for the provision of a Digital Performance Support Tool. The Contractor will fulfil the following requirement by providing:• Online bite-size learning resources and ongoing support• A solution which is accessible on a number of platforms, e.g. browser, tablet, smartphone• Allow easy access to management reporting and statistics.The information provided in the Mandatory Statement of Requirements provides further detail regarding the background and goals Fife Council wants to achieve by undertaking this exercise.The following defines the mandatory requirements for a proposed solution. There are also a number of desired requirements and these have also been included in Part Two for completeness.
