Tender description
The Contracting Entity is proposing to refurbish and rebuild part of the Sailors Home O Curry St., Limerick which was badly damaged by fire. The fire damage was extensive with the roof destroyed. The site has been made safe and debris removed in a recent project. The works for this project entails the reinstatement of the building to its pre fire condition as per the tender documents. Therefore, the Contracting Entity is looking to invite suitable qualified contractors to participate in this procurement process.
