Provision of Nursing Dementia Block Bed Contract (4x5 beds)

Tender description

The purpose of the service is to provide accommodation, care, support and stimulation to those people who can no longer live in their own homes; to promote independence choice and control and well-being principal as set out in the Care Act 2014 . The services provided in care home accommodation should include a single room (unless Service Users wish to share), personal toilet facilities / en-suite, full board, Personal Care or nursing care, supervision on a 24-hour basis, and a regular, planned programme of daytime activities. Exceptions can be made where agreed on the Service User’s Care Plan as prepared or agreed by the Service User’s Care Manager/budget holder and the Service User.
