General Insurance Lot 1: Property Damage & Business Interruption Material Damage & Business Interruption Lot 2: Material Damage / Business Interruption (NI Water Alpha & Dalriada) Material Damage and Business Interruption Lot 3: Public Liability - GBP 25m Liability to Third Parties Lot 4: Excess PL GBP 35m / GBP 25m Liability to Third Parties Lot 5: Excess PL - GBP 40m / GBP60m Liability to Third Parties Lot 6: Employers Liability - GBP 25m Liability for Injury to Employees Lot 7: Excess EL - GBP 25m / GBP 25m Liability for injury to Employees Lot 8: Solar Farm Loss of or Damage to Solar Farm inc Business Interruption Lot 9: Motor Fleet Comprehensive and Third Party only Motor Insurance Lot 10: Environmental Impairment Liability: Northern Ireland Water Gradual pollution cover Lot 11: Environmental Impairment Liability - NI Water Alpha and Dalriada Gradual Pollution cover Lot 12: Terrorism Property Damage and Business Interruption Lot 13: Cyber - GBP 10m Cyber Insurance including First Party, Third Party and Event Management. It is NI Water's intention to award contract(s) for Cyber Insurance with a total coverage of GBP 10m. This may be in the form of a single policy of GBP 10m or a primary policy and one or more excess layers. Should the exact level of coverage required not be available from the initial submissions, NI Water may request Economic Operators to refine their submissions or may award contracts for a different total coverage. Lot 14: Directors & Officers (inc EPL in respect of NI Water Alpha) Insurance for wrongful act by Director or Officer and EPL for NI Water Alpha Employees Lot 15: Pension Trustees Liability Insurance for wrongful act as a Pension Trustee Lot 16: Professional Indemnity Professional Liability in respect of services provided Lot 17: Crime - NI Water Alpha only Insurance for loss sustained as a direct result of Crime. Cover in respect of NI Water Alpha only. Lot 18: Parametrics - Freeze Thaw Weather related Insurance for Freeze Thaw events. Lot 19: Parametrics for High Temperature - LTA to 2027 Weather related Insurance for High Temperature. This is a precautionary notice should the current Long Term Agreement be breached. Lot 20: Parametrics Lack of Rainfall - LTA to 2027 Weather related Insurance for Lack of Rainfall. This is a precautionary notice should the current Long Term Agreement be breached. Lot 21: Computer - NI Water: LTA to 2026 Accidental Damage, Business Interruption and Recompliation of Data. This is a precautionary notice should the current Long Term Agreement be breached.
