Kitchen Replacement Scheme and Miscellaneous Works

Tender description

The works are centred upon replacing the kitchens in 17 flats spread over 3 floors, (ground, first and second), at Lisieux House. The works shall also comprise the modification of the pre-cast concrete canopies above 3 of the principal entrance doors on the properties front north facing façade and resurfacing works to the adjacent flat roof decks above the single storey dormer windows. This general scope of the works includes replacing the kitchen units, worktops, floor and wall finishes, alternations to the mechanical systems, partial electrical re-wiring works, and full redecoration of the kitchens and all areas disturbed by the works to leave a “turn-key” finish. Externally a lead lined roof shall be added to each of the pre-cast concrete canopies and the dormer window flat roof decks surfaced with a built-up polymeric membrane
